Welcome to Ask Andersen, where passion meets expertise! Hailing from Memphis, TN, I now reside in Louisville, KY where I bring a unique blend of creativity and business acumen to the world of residential consulting. While attending WKU, I studied Architecture and Interior Design. During this time I cultivated an eye for design that transcends into my work. With a background in corporate & retail sales, mortgage lending and visual merchandising, I've honed a multifaceted skill set that uses industry knowledge to create a collaborative environment for each client.
As a former MLO, I had the opportunity to analyze hundreds of property appraisals as well as originate loans covering 17 states. My goal is to provide strategic insights on property enhancements that maximize both comfort and market value. Beyond the real estate world, my love for hats, Legos and Funko Pops are constant companions in my life! Join me on this visual journey, where every color tells a story and every texture matters.
